Staff were so welcoming and helpful. They helped us to find the subway station and gave us insider tips on how to pay. They offered to keep our heavy rucksacks on a very rainy day so that we could complete our list of sightseeing. The location is perfect with beautiful restaurants on same street.

The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast area as was very small and no tables big enough for 3 of us. Breakfast was basic but given cost of the accommodation that is expected.

A character-filled hotel with a comfortable room in an great location. We could easily walk to all the main historical attractions in Brescia, and the nearby cafes, bars and restaurants were excellent. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also very good.

Not much, though I'm not a fan of plastic cups in rooms.

The room was pretty and location was excellent

Noise Noise Noise. It is just above several bars and pubs. In the weekend it was very loud until 200am. There is no double glazing so it’s like you are sitting in the middle of it. The hot water was inconsistent.
