Great location - near the train station and no stairs!
Toiletries can improve but its not a big issue.

Great support from the staff, our train was delayed and they helped us check-in after hours.
The safe was locked when we arrived. We opted to carry our valuables, but we could have asked for a reset.

The location we knew about but didn't realize how hard it was to catch a bus or find a taxi.
The check in instructions were not clear
The 4cm long scorpion inside the unit was concerning
The shower was incredibly difficult to use due to its small size and height of step down, and the full slip bathroom tiles made using the shower a hazardous endeavor
