Very kind host, amazing breakfast, great location and parking

The location is great, just at the border of the pedestrian area, with the advantage of the internal parking in an area where parking is a nightmere.
Breakfast is great too, with many delicious home made cakes and quiches; it was actually our brunch.
The room was not large, but good enough, with the plus of a nice sea view, and it was very quiet thanks to a good insulation.
The elevator is missing and bringing heavy luggage upstairs is a match, though this is not rare in small hotels in that area.
The shower was the only real down point; water was spreading out, due to lack of sealing, and water pressure was weak.

The location, it was very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the highlights. The staff was great as well.
