What disappointed us most was the owner. We stayed here just in the middle of our journey for two weeks so I planned to wash my clothes here and checked the availability on the website in advance. But what happened here was as follows. I copy and paste the exact messages we had with the owner; Me “ Could you tell me how to use the washing machine? Do we need too pay to use it? I tried to turn it on but it didn't work.” Owner “ Washing machine is out of service. Waiting on specialist Do not use it.” Me “ Oh no I chose this apartment because it has the w washing machine... could you let me know the closest coin laundry?” Owner “ You ve made decision couse of price and localisation! Do not play this card! To use washing machine cost and information is on booking, but you tried use it before permission! Do not act. It s rude!” Me “ I knew that it costs to use the washing machine and I searched for the payment system or something but I didn't find it so l asked you about it. I only tried to turn it on because I wanted to check whether it was working. If I had known that it was out of service, of course I would not have used it. I understand if there are rules regarding the washing machine, but I would appreciate it if you could communicate with me in a respectful manner. I was simply asking for information and did not intend to be rude.“ And she ignored my last message.
