Great location and within 5 minutes walk of the Cathedral and the Alcazar gardens

Nothing to dislike. As a single guest my room was tiny but contained everything I needed.

Impossible to be closer to the center! Super helpful reception staff. Very clean.

Location is awesome and for a decent price. You can get to most places on foot. If you're lucky you get a room away from the street for a nice quality sleep. Elevator is available.

Leaving the keys and picking them up. It was not a big issue but it felt a bit odd to have that as a policy. The room we got was pretty small but if you're going there just to sleep then it is sufficient. Just beware if you have a lot of suitcases it might be cumbersome.
