Perfect little hotel. Lovely staff. Ideally situated for what I needed. Tram stop 50m away etc etc.
The staff truly could not have been more welcoming.
If I'm going to be ultra-picky, I could hear the neighbours 'going at it' one of the 3 nights I stayed. The shower dripped a bit too which I
could hear in the bedroom so I turned off the water supply.
Soundproofing perhaps not perfect but...a great place to stay. .
