シュロスホテル カールスルーエ

Beautiful, historical building and comfortable room. Nice breakfast.

Experience checking in. Impacted our stay.

This "old lady" is still in excellent condition, and I loved the historical lift (original design), the grand breakfast room with high ceilings and just a beautiful old building. Next to the station and zoo, accessible just walking across the road. Was part of a business trip so access to the station was critical for easy access and early train to the airport (direct train was available)

I did not mind the old style but can imagine some guests woud prefer modern rooms and bathrooms. Not so ice to walsk around the hotel, but the restaurant across the road at the zoo entrance was excellent and very busy.. many other shops stands empty..

location

Centrally located but the hotel has seen better times! Room interior and bathroom is very old-fashioned. Breakfast was great, personal very friendly and helpful.

Old-fashioned rooms.
