the owner, very friendly family
hotel is located at the very top; you can only get up there by taxi, but the view is wonderful.

Great views of Budva and friendly host.
Facilities very basic. Not sufficient to properly self cater. Property was 1km from Budva centre in the hills above Budva so the walk is very steep. There are no shops or bars within the immediate vicinity of the property.

I loved the view and the vibe of the property outside and from our balcony.
The property has a risky location by all means either if you walk or by car.
