Karlo was extremely helpful and when we provided our early arrival time he was able to allow us earlier access. The penthouse had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lovely white towels provided. The outside terrace is well equipped . The building is on a busy main road but the double glazing works well and the air conditioning was great for night time sleeping. Loads of lovely restaurants in the town , we liked Jadera Zadar and Skoblar. Taking the local ferry to Preko was also a great day trip.
Everyone mentions the stairs which are a challenge . Just take your time. The floors below are offices but most seemed unoccupied.

The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and welcoming, and we felt very relaxed there. The only thing we regret is not staying longer 😅….We would definitely come back 🩷

All good.
Maybe consider a cover lifter for Jacuzzi.
But can be easily managed by two.
