Breakfast had a great selection with English and continental options. Guests have access to a really great, well‑equipped gym within the same building. The hotel has a very attentive and friendly reception staff who were always ready to help and also very polite.

The spa facility is very small, and the photos are misleading about the size of the pool. You have to prebook because it is way to small to let more than just a few people in at times. So guest do not have unlimited access which is very inconvenient. The saunas were lukewarm not even close to the right temperature these should be. The restaurant staff seemed disinterested at times — we had dinner there twice, and both times we had to go up to the bar to pay, because despite having enough staff, the waiting team didn’t notice us, even though we practically fell out of our chairs

We celebrated a birthday here and the staff went above and beyond to give us their absolute best service. Everything was super organized, our room was spotless, and the reception team was so welcoming and spoke fluent English. They even surprised us with a voucher and treats to make our night extra special!

Honestly, everything was amazing from start to finish no complaints at all!

Great, attentive staff. Our room was spacious. The breakfast was a pleasant experience. It's a good place to stay when in Brno, especially while travelling to Italy or somewhere else to the south.

The hotel probably has seen better days - some (but only some minor) things happen to be quite old or have been creatively adapted to meet modern needs (e.g. air conditioning, design, windows). It was extremely hot outside (more than 40 degrees Celsius; the hottest part of the year) - the AC was just enough to survive - as an apology, we received a bottle of wine. Staff - awesome!
