The location was in a quiet neighborhood and had two large bedrooms with new high-end bathrooms.

Lapad is a lovely local neighbourhood out of the hustle and bustle of Old Town Dubrovnic which we wanted. Public buses were available but we chose to stay in Lapad and make use of the local beach - not as tempting as the waters around the Old Town - and the many nearby restaurants situated along a long traffic-free promenade. The house was very stylishly decorated and the hosts could not do enough for us - wine and chocolate as a welcome and a homemade dessert 😋 delivered one evening. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Nothing about the property but the beach was a little disappointing.

The perfect accommodation and location for our visit! Spotlessly clean with thoughtful amenities. Very comfortable beds. The balcony had a lovely view over a lush garden. The location is very near the bus into the old city. Many restaurants in walking distance and a little grocery not many steps from the apartment. The host is very friendly and charming. He was always available. He checked us in, gave an orientation to the apartment and the area, and assisted us with our transportation to the airport on departure morning. There was a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates for us upon arrival. He also delivered us a dessert his wife had made! We are so very happy we chose to stay at Ortenca Apartment!
