Apartment is in an excellent location with the Piazza Bra a two minute walk away. Many restaurants close by. There is an elevator but there are a number of stairs from the entrance to the elevator.

We had issues getting in the door of our apartment because we did not realise the code for the door into the Apartments was the same as the door to our apartment - there are two apartments next to one another inside the entry door. The kitchen was not very well equipped - no bowls, the cups were very small, not even a pair of scissors to open packets.

Ottima la posizione. Appartamento pulito e ben arredato

Nulla

Location was excellent

Shower light broken, garbage was not taken out and linens were all just set on the table. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. They should invest in a mattress pad and that will solve all the complaints regarding the sofa bed. I don’t like how the cleaners and staff have access to our unit anytime so it didn’t feel safe to leave valuables behind. Communication could be better.
