The flat is located in the ground floor of the appartment house with a nice balcony, which is most of the time in shadow (convenient because of the high temperatures). The kitchen was well-equipped and there was everything you might need in the bathroom. The parking was in a courtyard without a problem. We arrived outside our announced time, but the communication with the host was swift and smooth. Nice bakery and a shop nearby. It is about 15-min walking to the city centre, but it looked like that the proper beaches are further. We managed to visit only the nearest Natural Kotor Beach, which is a little bit wild, with no public toilets or showers and you need shoes for the water because of the stones, but the water is clear and there are some cafés and bakeries nearby.

From time to time there was a faint smell from the bathroom, but it wasn't affecting the living/sleeping area, so it was OK. This can happen.

Appartement confortable très bien équipé, propre, dans une maison privée avec place de parking ( très appréciable à Kotor) gratuite devant la maison. On peut aller visiter Kotor en 20 mn à pied. Nous ne remercierons jamais assez les adorables propriétaires qui nous ont bien aidé car nous avions un souci.de.voiture. ils se sont démenés pour nous trouver une solution en un temps record. Merci encore 🙏

Tout était parfait 👍 nous conseillons vraiment cet hébergement avec une chambre avec grand lit, drap, serviette de toilette, et même un lit bb. Une cuisine avec tout ce qu il faut.

For us this was the perfect stay in Kotor! Benvenuti is a very spacious apartment with everything you need to make it your home during your stay, in a quiet area but just a short, 10 minute walk from the buzz of old town. We where truly surprised by the size of the apartment! Shower is good, airconditioning works great, kitchen and bathroom are well equiped and the bed in the bedroom is very comfy.

The sofa bed in de living room is great as a sofa (realy comfortable), but not so great as a bed anymore.
