このアパートメント について
The view from this 5th floor (with lift) and its 300 square meters are the two strengths of this apartment. The classic décor with customized components and luxurious finishes complete the home's profile.
The location is central, a two minute walk from Erbe Square, the heart of the city. The apartment features two connecting lounges, one with a river view and a smaller one with TV area. An almost professional kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories gives you the chance to try complex preparations. The bedrooms are 3, twin, for up to 6 guests. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one with bath and one with shower.
This choice is ideal for those who do not want to give up the little daily luxuries and at the same time want a great square footage in the heart of the city.
Please note that in case of use of the fire extinguishers, even if accidental, a reimbursement of 200 euros will be required.
Please inform us of your arrival time at least one day in advance to arrange a private check-in at the property.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax (€3.50 per person per day) and final cleaning fee (€150) is required.
At check-in, a damage deposit of €300 will be requested via credit card.
After the apartment has been checked, the deposit will be refunded within one week after check-out.

This is a very large apartment! Plenty of space for our 3 couples. The apartment is beautiful, but also dated and in need of some updates. A/C Is limited, the dryer didn’t work, and we could only use one of the 2 showers. The jacuzzi tub and hand held shower said “forbidden.” Beautiful view from the 5th floor and the lift was a blessing.

The property location was great as it overlooked the Adige River. The apartment was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable, Unfortunately, we felt the air conditioning was inadequate for the size of the apartment and one bedroom AC unit didn't work, which was extremely uncomfortable, since temperatures were in the 90's during our stay. The only other concern we experienced was with the slippery rugs on the floors, which almost resulted in a couple accidents. Other than the aforementioned issues, the apartment met all our needs.

This apartment was huge and spacious and perfect for our family of 6. It has breathtaking views of the river that was better than expected. The location was perfect as it was quiet but close to a little grocery store and amazing restaurants. A luxury in Italy is that it had a reliable elevator that was easy to use and take you up to the apartment, great for luggage and tired children.
If we find ourselves in Verona we will definitely stay here again. The check in process was simple and Licia was so helpful. She was incredibly responsive and professional. Thank you for an amazing experience in Verona!
Kitchen - full equipt and enough room for all of us
Bedroom 1 - 3: clean and comfortable with room darkening shades
Bathroom 1: the only shower and it’s tight but that’s normal in Italy. Clean and well equipt with toiletries and toilet paper
Bathroom 2: large tub (we never used) and clean with plenty of toiletries and extra toilet paper.
Living area: massive in size and there are a lot of personal effects. I was worried my kids would break something but it worked out great. The floors are extremely slippery so bring inside shoes.
