ホテル デロペラ

Good location, elevator to get bags upstairs, comfortable bed. Able to get water taxi to the front door. Excellent breakfast.

One of the beds in our group was not comfortable but that was the only drawback.

Location was great and staff very nice!! Loved the breakfast!!

I couldn’t get more than lukewarm water out of the shower tho the sink water was hot. I identified it on check out and the clerk later said I was operating it wrong. Ok… whatever.

Excellent location, clean rooms and super friendly staff

Entering the room with card triggers a very loud alarm-like sound which is heard by the other rooms on the floor. This might wake hotel guests up when someone is entering their room too early or too late

Great location next to Opera House, Fantastic staff at the front desk. Gondola ride just outside the hotel.

Old bathrooms and rooms need a refurbishment badly, the mattress is worn out and should be substituted.
