Lady on reception was so friendly and helpful that it was completely new experience for us. We stayed for 4 nights in hotel, and every morning we wished to go out early, before the breakfast time. We asked her is it possible to get the lunch-packet and she organized that immediately. So, every morning we got really good lunch packets early and we could leave the hotel knowing that we are well taken care for :).

Nothing to complain really.

One of the affordable options in central Prague. Dated decor, some repair and maintenance issues (broken fixtures). No air conditioning and it was hot, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was OK, the eggs and supposedly hot foods were often lukewarm or even cold, which became quite disappointing during a 6 day stay. Wasn't impressed with the deposit only access to the room safe, which was too small for a laptop or iPad. It was a budget option and not great for a long stay in the summer. Some staff were nice, the gentleman with the glasses was very helpful and friendly.
