Everything - This is my second stay at the at Clarion Hotel Prague City.
The windows cannot be opened, perhaps for security reasons, but the air conditioning is very good

Central location next to metro station and trams. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
Clean, spacious and well designed rooms with good amenities & WiFi.
Comfortable beds and nice air con.
Pleasant staff at reception desk always happy to assist, smooth check in & out process.
Recommended and would definitely stay in again while visiting Prague.

Good location, friendly staff.
Way over priced, and they charge you on local currency, so expect a higher price than actually agreed with booking (claim open and booking have not been good at resolving the issue either)!
Also requested a room clean (as this is a “eco-friendly” hotel - but corridors were hotter than room), and the only thing they cleaned was the flier from the door.
