Hotel Kolna - darmowy parking, basen w cenie

very big room, very clean, good breakfast kids liked the slope at the pool, adults liked the saunas (but beware you need to take off your swimsuit to use them 😆)

the pool is in another building and only 1h is included for the hotel guests, no place to dry the wet swimsuits, very big pillows and somewhat uncomfortable due to how much stuffing they had (although I like big pillows normally)

The room was excellent - spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The gym was outstanding and probably the best hotel gym I’ve ever used. Breakfast was also very good, with a tasty and satisfying selection.

There was nothing we disliked - everything was wonderful!

Hotel was okay. We had terrible weather, so it really helped that we were allowed to check in earlier than 2 PM.

When we arrived, we were greeted by a very nice receptionist who answered all our questions and was very helpful. On Saturday afternoon there was a different, slightly older lady who couldn’t answer any questions and gave the impression as if she was working there as a punishment. She didn’t even know where the nearest bus stop was, even though it is 2 meters from the hotel.

Near highway; good breakfast

No sign showing where the Reception is, is a problem, especially in the evening. We received no information how to connect to the Internet. The room finishing is old and not comfortable. We asked for a double bed (couple), but received 2 single beds. In the bathroom there was a strong tobacco smell. Overall conclusion for us: the hotel does not actually care of what the guests think and want.
