Great location in the mountain ranges

Hotel is pretty dated and needs improvement. It is clean and staff very welcoming and helpful.

Excellent location, nice staff, very good breakfast including plant-based options! Very family friendly, the kids LOVED the pool (warm water, nice setup, open from 9-9!), beautiful views all around! Easy trekking options around the hotel, including for the kids:)

In the restaurant hall, the thin white curtains currently block the stunning window views. Removing or pulling them back would greatly improve the atmosphere of the space!

I enjoyed the location this hotel is in the middle of a forest. All throughout the hotel it was really quiet. The food was very good and generous and good value. Breakfast was good you have lots of options. The room was spacious the bed was very comfortable and we also had a sofa. Bathroom was good also with good water pressure.

The windows should have insect mash so you can leave the windows open, as this hotel doesn't have air-conditioning and they do not provide an electric fan. I was disappointed about the pool as it was not working when I was there and I was looking forward to use the pool after a day hiking.

The hotel is clean and well maintained

It is an old facility, and unfortunately, it doesn’t seem like there is any real effort to bring it up to modern standards. The design feels stuck in the 1950s, with no fridge or coffee maker in the room. A very small TV. The breakfast is pretty basic, and if you are looking for dinner, expect to be disappointed - the variety is almost nonexistent.
