Excellent central location in Malcesine. The room was clean and comfortable. 2 min walk from the ferry. The staff is friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free parking off site, which is a 17 minute walk along the lake.
In one of the rooms the refrigerator did not work well. Rooms are a bit on the small side but this is understandable given the central location.

Excellent location, staff were very welcoming and happy to help to make our one night stay memorable. We had a lovely room with balcony and shutters overlooking a busy pretty plaza.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices of drinks and food you were spoilt for choice.
There wasn’t anything not to like.

- Decent and fairly varied breakfast
- Very noisy at night. There are bars in nearby streets where people drink and make noise until late night
- The rooms - especially the bathroom - are not very recently renovated
