Nice friendly hotel, helpful, welcoming staff, in good accessible location. Plenty of parking. Adjacent to lorry park but this didn't cause any problems as excellent insulation with modern windows and air-con. Good room with decent size shower. Lift. Good continental breakfast with plenty of choice. Super evening meals and good value. Pet friendly. Great goldfish tank! Would definitely stay again.

Spacious property and VERY clean rooms.
It was hard to find the front door.

Clean.
Dated. Old fashioned, not in the best of condition, basic is the word. Breakfast very average and I bc wished I hadn’t paid for it now.
