I booked on behalf of my friends from Australia who were coming to Croatia for the first time. The feedback was that the location was close to the old town, ferry port, bus terminal and beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was highly satisfactory.

Studio apartment good for 2 people, there is everything what you need for your few days stay. Small kitchen area with all pots, utensils, electric hob. Spare blanket was in drawer under beds, mattress and pillows very comfortable. VERY GOOD location, beside bus station and walk to Riva promenade only 5- 10 min. Some welcome sweets and water- Thank you you for owner.

About parking- there is no available parking spot beside the apartment, as well on the street near house we didn't see any free spot. We rented car at Rent a car Jubilee, small office at begging promenade, very friendly owner he showed for us a few parking spots near apartments Villa Simoni, we would not find by our self. After walking to Petar apartment about 10 min.

Very clean and nice appartment. Host was sweet and quick with answering questions.

You need to walk soms steps to get to the appartment but its okay!

Location was excellent, leaving chocolates and water for guests was a nice touch and good facilities for cooking.

Only complaint would be that there is only 1 card to use, this means that whenever I left the property I would have to lose electricity in apartment meaning I couldn’t leave anything in the fridge
