Great location, close to the beach and around a 20-minute walk to the old town, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Check-in was also very easy.

The space was quite small, so we found it difficult to open our luggage. The sink and shower weren’t draining properly, which left some residue around the basin and bathtub. There are also some stairs, so something to keep in mind if you have large or heavy luggage.

Quiet neighbourhood. Not too far from down town Split.

The location was on old bunker like looking building with a couple of rooms in the basement. Rooms do not resemble the pictures on Booking. The rain shower was not sufficiently high enough to take a shower. There is no personal touch to renting this place. All communication via internet. The breakfast was not in the room as shown on the pictures on booking but in some distant restaurants/hotels. Air conditioning unit was quite noisy.

The owners reached out and made sure I got in okay, sent recommendations for Split exploring.

Slightly difficult to find, but some of the best places are.

The location was perfect, and the host was very understanding. They were helpful in every situation and always solution-oriented.

The towels were stained, so I couldn’t tell if they were clean or not. The room was really small—there was barely any space to move around.
