Receptionist very nice and helpful, on the hall and in the room was clean,

Wi-fi was only in the direction of the intrance door from the room, as soon as I moved was no wifi .My neighbors were smoking in the room and the smoke came to me also.I looked for the towels and they were in the closet, ussualy should be in the bathroom or on the bad. The curtains were very dirty, also the couch was white and she have al kind of spots on it. I am asking myself, if they were saw long closed, why they did not clean all the rooms? Is a pitty, is a nice clean , for the rest, hotel :-)
