The room is compact but very well-equipped. The studio is located on the first floor, with direct access to the yard (You need to go upstairs from the side street to reach the yard, so it has plenty of privacy). Although it was a self-check-in accommodation, the host responded to my questions through the Booking.com app almost immediately and was very helpful.
The room was clean and had a charming Croatian vibe, exactly as shown in the pictures. Not to mention its perfect location, all the main attractions, including the pier, are within a 10–15-minute walk.
Overall, a super convenient and cozy place to stay for anyone visiting Split. Highly recommended!

good price for the location, close to the city center. spacious room. very well equipped kitchen.

Excellent central location. Beautiful rooms with lovely modern design. Fully equipped kitchen with generous basics. Beautiful bathroom and leafy patio. Owner very responsive to needs and kindly let us leave our luggage on the patio after checkout time. Great space to dry laundry/beach towels. Highly recommend this lovely place.
