Location is absolutely great. Close to Sengenjaya station and whole lot of shops around (Muji, Seiyu, Lawson, Familymart, Star bucks) and couple of restaurants that served vegetarian food as well. DeepJyothi, indian restaurant was few minutes away, served indian food as well. Couple of bakeries nearby (Truffle, for example) was also very useful for a quick grab
Bathroom sizes - of course, all over Japan its the same !!

Excellent location, close to the train station, and lots of eateries nearby. It was spacious for three of us.
The garbage bins were so filthy.
One of the beds had a sinking and squeaking mattress, which gave me a backache after a few days.

"設備と備品が整ってあり、とても過ごしやすかったです。息子の結婚式で利用しました。中々集まる事のできない家族と2泊。この宿のお陰で素晴らしい旅行となりました。"
