The overall hotel experience was fantastic. The front desk staff were all extremely helpful, especially Mr.Anas who went above and beyond to assist me with my booking, including offering late checkout when he found out that my flight would depart late and I had nowhere to stay. The supervisor, Mr. Humaid Al Saeedi, was also super friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. This hotel will be my go-to place whenever im in Oman.

The room, the staff, the pool and the breakfast were amazing.
The water pressure in the shower wasn’t amazing and some hallways were a bit dusty (minor detail)

Very good location, amazing spacious rooms with rooftop pool, clean rooms / bathrooms, very efficient for the price. Hassan the receptionist is amazing and willing to help out on anything, very kind and respectful!
