Hyatt Vacation Club at The Ranahan

The lodge style accommodations were wonderful. The pool and hot tubs were terrific as were the fire pits

The restaurant offerings were disappointing. For breakfast it was a coffee bar with premade sandwiches that could be heated up. After our first attempt at breakfast we ate elsewhere the rest of our stay

Great location and room was excellent…

I wasn’t thrilled with room 120 location. Ground level right in front of pool. Very very loud!! Will not stay in that room again..

The hotel is high standard, the pool and hot tubs have stunning views, the rooms are delightful, the services including shuttle, gym, and bar are so convenient!

Every morning quite early we could hear people talking loudly in the hallways and doors slamming.

The facilities were world class. Excellent.

The staff were incredibly unaccommodating. We made several small requests such as a later check out, earlier check in (4PM is far too late given what we pay per night!) While we were offered to be able to use the pool facilities later on check out day, there is no shower facilities! It would have been appreciated to be able to use a vacant room for an hour or some small consideration given to a family travelling from Australia with young children. While we loved the property itself, we were extremely disappointed in the staffs willingness to be helpful and make the stay special.
