The surroundings are fabulous with an excellent view from the gardens. This place is really exceptionally nice!

Without a car going to and from the city is a bit cumbersome. Taxi in practice.

the restaurant was not open but i specifically looked on booking for a hotel with restaurant. As soon I payed they sent me a message that restaurant was closed. A 4 star hotel should not say they have a restaurant and as soon you pay to send you a message that restaurant is closed. I would not booked if i new before because I was all day driving and when I get there I needed to lose other 2 hrs looking and going to a different restaurant Not what it says on description . The location should not give false informations and the booking should check informations if I was using their filters I expect to be correct

Location and view! Staff were friendly. Hotel and rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

They need to update their rooms with a fan or AC for the summers. It was very hot this summer and it was impossible to sleep. Too many wasps in the restaurant.

Nice hotel nice surroundings. Handy for airport for early flights home.

The evening meal was not a great experience. We were left waiting 45 minutes before the waitress came for our order. She would walk past us on numerous occasions and it was if we weren't there. Eventually she came to us and was very sharp and not helpfull. We would ask about the menu as it was in Austrian and we did not understand it all. She was most unhelpful. Eventually our starters came wich to be fair was very nice. Then another 40 minutes wait for our main course. Wich again was very nice. Dining experience just tarnished what was otherwise a nice stay.
