Great location, and David is a very responsive host.
A comfortable flat: spacious, bright, with a nice kitchen area and a desk with a chair for work. You have everything you need.
The smell of the bathroom, but it was bearable.

Very cosy and in the same time modern apartment, comprising everything you need for a short or a longer stay! Quiet, safe and easy-to-reach location (direct trams to Garre du Midi, to Louise metro station and to Palais Royale & museums). Also, the Church of the Discalced Carmelites nearby. Beautiful and safe neighbourhoods (foreign embassies, restaurants and shopping area, also affordable Carrefour Express shops at hand). Ideal for job-related trips or city break couple getaways!

A nicely organised and located flat. Good communication with David prior and during the stay.
It wasn’t clean. Refrained from using the couch. The linen had spots on it and is worn. Bathroom had a bad smell, which was partially solved during our stay.
