ホテル ロンドン B＆B

The communication with the hotel beforehand was exceptional and responsive. They offered to book a taxi from the airport to the hotel for me arriving very late in the evening. The location was perfect and I was able to enjoy breakfast over looking Macedonia Square and enjoy the Trend restaurant in the evening. Huge thanks

朝食は１階のレストランで複数のメニューから選択でき、とても美味しかった！ レストランからも部屋からも広場が見えて気持ち良かった。 近くにオフィスがあるのか、おしゃれな女性やスーツ姿のビジネスマンが歩いてて素敵でした。 空港からの送迎は往復とも、ホテルにお願いしました。往復とも同じドライバーで良かった。 ホテル周辺には、可愛い猫や犬がいて和みました。

アメニティは、シャンプーとボディジェルだけでした。 ゴミの回収とベッドメイクは毎日でしたが、シーツ、タオル交換はしてくれません。 ホテルのフロントから部屋までが、少し遠かったです。 古いエレベーターがありましたが、工事中で使用していたため、使用を遠慮しました。 でも、エレベーターがあって良かった。

The location was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and we slept really well. Hotel provided us with a packed lunch the day we were leaving as we left before breakfast was being served. Fantastic getting a discount in Trend/Bistro London. Leona who worked in Trend London was wonderful, she looked after us very well. My husband is coeliac and she ensured his food was prepared separately and even stayed after her shift one day so she could deliver it to him safely.

Location was perfect and the staff super nice.

Breakfast was horrible. I was scolleded for asking for orange juice and tokd its not covered in my breakfast and i can only take bittled one. And i had "english" breakfast... Thou it was definitely not english breakfast....mushrooms and wegdes looked like microwaved zombies, fried eggs still a bit raw, sausages where kind of chorizo.......
