The location is very good and the property is spacious for a big group.

The sofa and carpet is not really clean. It seems some tiny bugs on it. I felt my leg itchy after sitting for a while. Also, if there are more chairs and a table, that will be prefect. To be honest, I stood while enjoying the chill time with my family.

Very good location. Just behind the Nishijin station, full of restaurants and convenience stores. The house is huge. Plenty space for a big suitcases. 3 washing basins, two toilets, two bathrooms.

Since this is a drinking district, there was a noise from downstairs until after midnight. AND, please put a dining table and chairs. There is a nice kitchen, but no place to eat.
