We had a wonderful stay at Case Natoli! The apartment has a beautiful old-world charm, with a classic, traditional style full of character and taste. If you appreciate historic interiors and places with a unique atmosphere rather than modern, minimalist design, you will absolutely love it. Our contact person was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive, always answering our questions quickly and making sure everything went smoothly. The entire experience was effortless, well organized, and relaxing from start to finish. We truly appreciated the warm communication and the easy check-in process. It was a lovely place to stay while exploring Palermo, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience with a touch of old Sicilian charm!

We had great stay at Casa Natoli. A lot of options all around. Beware of construction that is ongoing on weekdays just in front of the house. We were getting early so that did not effect us but if you are a late sleeper you may have a problem.

Lots of space great working air conditioning and feels like you are in the palace. You get the accommodation exactly as it is depicted on the picture. Shower had great water pressure and the hostess left some snacks in the kitchen that was very nice touch.

Location is good. Rooms are huge. Good for a large family.

I had not received entrance info to my ph but we did meet a fellow at the hotel nearby and he helped us navigate. There was construction in the st of the residence. It was difficult to get in, We should have been told. The apt was very musty smelling and the noise of the construction outside was very loud. This won’t last of course so anyone going in a week or 2 should be okay. The musty smell they need to clean the couches and chairs in the living room perhaps. The apt is well equipped.
