Fantastic villa and an ideal base for exploring Brač.We stayed here as a three-generation family with our three kids and my parents, and the property exceeded our expectations. The layout worked perfectly. My parents had their own suite downstairs, which gave them a quiet place to relax while still being part of the family vacation.The location is great! In about five minutes we could walk to great restaurants, beaches, gelato, small grocery stores, and the waterfront promenade. Sutivan ended up being one of our favorite towns in Croatia. Beautiful, relaxed, family-friendly, and much less crowded than some of the more touristy destinations.The villa itself is spacious, comfortable, & well equipped. The pool was a hit with both the kids and adults, and the Adriatic views are absolutely incredible. We spent many mornings drinking coffee and many evenings relaxing outside and taking in the scenery. The ping pong table also got a lot of use and led to some fun family competitions.We also appreciated the private garage, which easily fit our two large rental cars. There are some stairs between the garage and the villa, but not many, and they were manageable even for my parents.We used the villa as our home base while exploring Brač and taking day trips to nearby islands (Hvar). We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families, especially those traveling with grandparents. One tip - use Google Maps or Waze on the island. Apple Maps doesn’t cut it.

Wonderful, beautiful location and hosts. Very communicative and accommodating. Exactly as advertised and extremely well equipped. Great swimming pool. Highly recommended.

Vi var 2 familier på ferie i 1 uke. Huset ligger perfekt til i koselige Sutivan. Huset ligger midt i byen, men likevel stille og rolig.Huset er veldig fint innredet med leilighet i kjeller og hoveddel oppe. Uteområdet er den beste delen av huset. Plattingen og bassenget ble hyppig brukt. Det er også flere strender i kort avstand fra huset.Vi anbefaler på det sterkeste både byen Sutivan og Dolce Vita spesielt for barnefamilier.
