location, ease of getting keys

the apartment is equipped with both a dryer and air conditioners that guests can't use. The dryer is broken with a sign saying that it's long been broken and wasn't part of the listing. Why not fix it? Same with air conditioning. The apartment has mini splits, but isn't part of the listing because they don't have permission to use. Why not get permission? Multiple 38-degree days (100 fahrenheit) are not fun in the apartment.

Korter on avar. Köögis on söögi tegemiseks kõik vajalik olemas, isegi maitseained. Asukoht on samuti hea, vaid jalutuskäigu kaugusel südalinnast. Personal on sõbralik ja abivalmis, suhtlus oli kiire ja abi kiirelt saadud.

Korteris on vähe loomulikku valgust. Esimesel õhtul oli korter väga väga külm kuna küte polnud sisse lülitatud. Järgmine päev omanik lahendas probleemi. Kütteseadmest tilkus pidevalt vett, pidin tühjad kausud alla panema, et vesi ei satuks rösteri sisse. Kahjuks on korteris liiga varajane välja registreerimine, kell 10.

Good location, easy to travel by foot to the city center, most famous objects in Viena.
