Everything. The host was excellent and the property was like a home. Well stocked with sugar tea coffee salt pepper oil. Nice touches like cling film tin foil and kitchen roll. Even a sewing kit and paper hankies. Soap in bathroom and kitchen which in some properties does not happen. There was a welcome platter of ham cheese and olives in the fridge. Also a tray of local drink crackers and nuts on the breakfast bar. The second evening we had a knock on the door with a beautiful plate of cake cream and fruit as Vesna lives next door. Very personal and very perfect. Range of pillows and extra blankets too. The bathroom is perfect. So clean, with great towels and a good hot water system.

Absolutely nothing.

The property is in a very central position in old town Zadar you literally step out on to the bell tower forum. It is also a 5-8min walk along the promenade to the Sea Organ and Greetings of the Sun. The apartment had everything you could possibly need to self cater - every attention to detail was made to make our stay perfect including great pillows. It’s the most comfortable bed too. The host is just superb she met us on arrival, had a beautiful antipasti board for us with chocolates and drinks, gave us tips of what to do. Had maps and information on the island. She also brought us some beautiful gluten free cake as a treat whilst we were there’s She really is the most accommodating host. The apartment is through a restaurant which we ate in and can highly recommend the food here.

Nothing that I didn’t like about the property, however just to be aware that u are staying beside a bell tower which rings from early morning. I got used to it.

Amazingly well done apartment, spotlessly clean, excellent central location, every little detail and need thought of and - most importantly - an amazingly hospitable host who went out of her way to make us feel welcome. You have the feeling of being her personal guests - while having exactly the privacy you want. It’s a stay we’ll remember for a long time and we’ll happily come back!
