They accommodated our early check in
The parking. It was a far walk from our our room. You could only park in the basement parkings and it took much time to ride up to level 8 and then walk to our rooms.

The property is in a great and secure location with easy access to other interesting sites and the beach.
Only basic tidy up of rooms is done each day. The routine is to make up the beds, refresh the bathroom and change towels. The carpet in our room was dirty, had stains and a smell. That was not resolved despite the feedback. Balcony, glass and rails no one cleans there it’s hard to sit or lean on rails.
We had a special request as a family to have our 3 rooms next to each other which was confirmed as done via email but when we arrived one of our rooms was in a different floor
