The place is clean, comfy and quiet despite facing a busy avenue
The rooms are extremely small

The appartment was nice and clean. We has a little kitchen. The aeria around it was quiet, there were a few bars. if you want to go to center you have to take a taxi or bus
There was no air conditioning, only a fan.

The price wasn't bad.
It was far away. The reception staff responded very rudely. The bathroom was very small.
