The place was amazing, the check-in process was seamless.

Our group of friends had a great stay here. The location can’t be beat and the apartment can comfortably fit a large group. Walking distance to the village and the gondola. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the plumbing was not great and only one person could take a hot shower at a time.

Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately didn’t stay at this unit because upon arrival we immediately noticed a strong gas odor. I was disappointed with how property management handled the situation. They moved us to a different unit, but the new unit was a much lower quality than what we had booked and we were not provided the units information until 24 hours later after we requested it. Property management never contacted me to see if the property met our needs, if we needed anything, or offer us a refund for any of the troubles. In fact, I tried calling to speak with them but you are required to leave a voicemail and they never returned my call. The property is in a great location, easy to walk to the village, but the management company could improve their customer service and the units need better maintenance.
