Beautiful hotel, with great facilities and helpful staff

Booked a room with mountain view and a balcony, we didn't get this! what we got was a window at the back of the hotel, looking at some trees! Different room to what we had booked! yes both were suites but not what we ordered, or what was confirmed! very disappointing!

Our room was comfortable and well appointed with a lovely little balcony that looked out at the snow capped mountains and Stelvio National Park. The prix fixe dinner offer, at €28 per person, was not only a fantastic deal but the food was a spectacular 5 course gourmet dining experience. They also offer a comprehensive and reasonably priced wine list. The newly renovated spa and wellness area was modern and beautiful, offering lovely, panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.

Stated there was a restaurant but only a set menu was available for dinner. Basic buffet breakfast, not a 4 star hotel breakfast. NO, facilities we're available, die to renovation works which were ongoing.

We especially booked a 4 Star hotel for my daughters birthday with Spa facilities & a swimming pool, none of which were available , we were not informed of this until the day of arrival. Therefore very disappointing!! not happy & do not like to be deceived. Trying to park your car was chaos , not enough parking as the work on the renovation had taken over !
