The apartment has a separate kitchen-living room with various appliances, including an oven, ceramic cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, egg cooker, bread slicer, electric kettle, mixer, microwave, washing machine, and a cozy dining area. An ironing board and steam iron are also provided. Living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo radio with CD player, double bedroom, shower, hair dryer, and toilet. Bed linens, towels, and kitchen towels are included in the price. Towels and kitchen towels are changed once a week. Bed linens are changed every 14 days for longer stays. Our house is located in the quiet Weidach neighborhood, halfway between Lake Forggensee and downtown. Parking is available right in front of the house.
Towels and bed linens are included in the price. Towels, kitchen towels, and bathroom mats are changed weekly; bed linens are changed every 14 days for longer stays. Internet access is free.
We have a free parking spot for bicycles in the garage.

The patio with seating is located in the garden and is available for use by both apartments. There are also lounge chairs there.

On-site costs: Payment in cash on site. Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax is €3 per person per night. Free parking is available in front of the house. Final cleaning is included in the price.
