location was great. room very nice

walk 3 floors but this cannot be avoided in the old town

Location was incredible, has all the essentials, great complementaries and the room was very stylish

The TV was difficult to operate due to the WiFi and we could only fill the bath up 1qtr with warm water before it became cold water

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the ancient walled town and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. Although vehicles cannot access the property directly, we were dropped off at Ploče Gate and it was only about a five-minute walk on relatively flat ground. We also appreciated being able to store our luggage after the 10:00 am check-out, which allowed us to enjoy more time exploring the city before our evening departure.

The key collection process was a little inconvenient, as it required a separate five-minute walk from the property. The building entrance was also somewhat uninviting, with old tables and furniture stored in the communal area. Guests should be aware that the accommodation is on the top floor and there is no lift, meaning around 60 steps to climb. The final two flights of stairs are particularly steep, which may be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

The location was fantastic. Really central. The view was ok over the rooftops.

The WiFi didn’t work for the first 24 hours but then was good after it got reset. The bed was really soft and the pillows quite lumpy. The toilet is TINY, the shower was good but when I went to have a bath the hot water ran out after 6” of water. Tea and coffee facilities were good but had to ask for more tea and coffee. The room wasn’t tidied at all during our 4 night stay. We were ok with the stairs but if you’re not able bodied it would have been a nightmare. 65 stairs up from ground level.
