The name says it all—the country-style decor runs throughout the entire Romy duplex apartment, inviting you to enjoy cozy days in Kaprun. The breathtaking view stretches across the expansive Kaprun Valley all the way to Lake Zell, allowing you to reminisce about many a vacation memory. Best of all: the scenic pool for warm summer days and nearly ski-in, ski-out access to the Kitzsteinhorn (a 5-minute walk to the slopes) for snowy winter days.

Spread across two floors, you’ll find two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Our guests appreciate the open living area with a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony leads directly to the garden, where you can enjoy a few hours of sunshine on our lounge chairs by the scenic pool. Of course, we offer free parking and free Wi-Fi for our guests.

The kitchen is also fully equipped: a 4-burner stovetop, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, as well as dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils, including a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The accommodation also features a shared washing machine and an iron and ironing board.

The surroundings: The ski slope (350 m) is within walking distance and offers direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. Kaprun also offers the perfect selection of restaurants to suit every palate—from traditional Austrian dishes to international cuisine. In addition, there are numerous shopping options in the center of Kaprun, which are only about 400 m away as the crow flies (ADEG, Neumair, etc.). For golfers, a 36-hole course awaits at the Zell am See Golf Club (6 km). Salzburg Airport is about 1.5 hours away by car or train (80 km).

On-site costs: The host will send a secure payment link within a few minutes of booking. A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance will be charged at the end of the free cancellation period, 14 days before arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the specified credit card upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.



Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
