The EDVI Apartments are located in the heart of the Salzburg region, offering fantastic views of the surrounding mountains of Kaprun. We guarantee exciting days at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier! The highlight: the quiet location on the edge of the Kaprun Valley. Yet for those who enjoy mingling with others in the evening, the best restaurants and bars are just a few minutes’ walk away.

We’ve divided the apartment into a separate bedroom and living room, and it can accommodate up to 4 people. We’ve also equipped the apartment with a modern bathroom featuring a walk-in shower for our guests. The apartment also includes a shared washing machine and an iron and ironing board. You’ll find free parking in front of the building, and of course, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living room: cutlery, dishes, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer. The dishwasher is a welcome feature for anyone who, like us, doesn’t enjoy doing dishes on vacation. Of course, we have a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster in the apartment to ensure the perfect start to an eventful day. In the evening, treat your loved ones to everything you need in the kitchen to prepare your most delicious meals. For those who enjoy spending the evening outdoors, there’s a small barbecue area in the garden.

The Surroundings: The center of Kaprun is just a few minutes’ walk away. Guests who’d like to give their tired feet a rest after action-packed days can take the bus from the nearest stop (Youth Hostel), which is only 150 meters away. The free bus takes our guests in no time to the nearest Maiskogel valley station, from where the K-onnection takes you directly up to the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. If you ride a few more stops, you’ll reach the southern shore of Lake Zell, where you can jump right into the cool water. In downtown Kaprun (300 m), numerous restaurants are waiting to treat our guests. Getting here should be just as hassle-free: The airports in Salzburg and Munich are only a few hours’ drive away.



Quietly located yet within walking distance of downtown Kaprun, the EVI Apartments by we rent offer the ideal base for your vacation surrounded by mountains, glaciers, and a lake. You’ll stay in stylish, modern apartments that accommodate up to six people and feature a private garden. You can quickly reach the Kitzsteinhorn and Maiskogel ski areas via the free ski bus.

On-site fees: The host will send a secure payment link within a few minutes of booking.A deposit of 10% of the accommodation price is required to guarantee the booking. The remaining balance will be charged at the end of the free cancellation period, 14 days before arrival. An amount of €400 will be pre-authorized on the credit card provided upon arrival. This amount serves as a security deposit and will be released 48 hours after departure.



Check-in is available from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
