My wife and I had a wonderful stay while visiting the area. The hotel was very well maintained, comfortable, and everything felt clean and high quality. The pool wad a high plus. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location was also a major plus—very convenient for getting around and exploring the area. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and the location, we felt the price offered excellent value. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel at a great price.

The location and views are lovely. It's a nicely furnished studio with amazing views and NO PRIVACY. The walkway in front of the unit is public and tourists were leaning over the wall 3 feet from the plunge pool and taking pictures of the view, with us in the pool, all day long. The outdoor space is also shared with the unit next door. So again, no privacy in the pool area, but the views are lovely. The pool was quite cool, which was fine for day time use but too cold for evening use. Pool also had a lot of sand in bottom of pool on our arrival from previous guests. The cleaning girl did a great job daily of refreshing our towels and tidying up. The village is wall to wall, elbow to elbow people during the day making it difficult to navigate to the unit during peak hours. Again the views are Lovely

Owner of property was extremely rude. After multiple emails thru whats app about our arrival plans, we arrived at designated location (outside of a store) to meet for keys, there was no parking anywhere nearby so we drove back to public parking area about half mile away and emailed again that we were waiting at public parking lot. After waiting 45 minutes and no one arriving or responding to our WhatsApp messages, we called the number provided on booking.com web site. A man answered and was extremely rude to us stating " I'm a plastic surgeon, I don't understand why you would contact me" and hung up. I thought we had wrong number so redialed number given on Booking.com and same person answered and again yelled at us and hung up, unwilling to help. Third time we called he listened long enough to understand this is the number published on booking.com and no one has shown up to let us into his property, He said he would have his management person contact us but that we shouldn't have call him. The number we called was the only contact number listed on booking.com for this property. Management person Irini contacted us, said she didn't get our messages on whats app and that her colleague would meet us at the store to let us into the apartment and assist with the luggage. We walked the half mile uphill to the store (designated meeting location) where we met her colleague who showed us into the apartment. He would not assist us with our luggage, We asked him 3 times and he said wait till later and you can park closer and bring your luggage in then. We went back several times (as late as 11 pm) and there was still no parking closer than the public parking lot we were in half mile away, so we had to haul our luggage up the hill and then into the village and down the steep stairs to the unit. My husband is in heart failure, so this was quite difficult.
