Nice and cozy place, close to the center and the metro station

Need a bit of repair work and refreshment

Everything was great! The property was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was convenient, and the whole stay was pleasant and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing in particular. Everything met my expectations and I had a very positive experience.

Good interaction with the owner - detailed instructions how to get the keys and enter the apartment were sent on time. Parking was free around the building and rather crowded, but it was still possible to find a free place. Good location: metro station (Knyaginya Maria Luisa - 3 stops from the center of the city) was around 100 m away, while a well stocked supermarket Dar (open daily till 10 PM) was around 300 m away. Clean. Basic amenities (like cooking oil, sugar, coffee) were available in the kitchen except salt. WiFi OK.

In the kitchen there are not enough cooking vessels, utensils and plates. The bed was too soft for my taste. Toilet seat need to be fixed.

Relatively clean. Bed is very comfy. Good location.

After taking a shower it is IMPOSSIBLE to do anything else in the bathroom because everything i wet. You have to shower over the toilet. Because of that there is mould in the bathroom and rust on the sink element. The pictures of the building do a good job at deceiving and portraying a wrong picture of what it actually is. The building seems unfinished and in a state of dissaray, like they stopped in the middle of construction because they ran out of money and then still decided to let people live there. It litteraly feels like walking into an abandoned buldubg that is actively falling apart eventhough nobody has been living there. There is a whole area of the building that is completely abandoned and unfinished and its remained like that for some time. There is not a ramp for wheelchairs or luggage and the steps are actually falling apart, tiles are broken and elevator is rusting.
