Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I will start by saying I am extremely skeptical and nervous when renting a home. Will it look like the pictures? Will it be clean enough? Will it have enough of the amenities? Is it in a great neighborhood? I truly psych myself out. Well, if you are like me, then breathe a sigh of relief. Whoo. This place was perfect. It was a beautiful home in a quiet community within the Kiawah Island gates. It had everything we needed to feel at home (towels, bedding, kitchen appliances, dishes, etc.) The home was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and a nice place to call home for our vacation stay. We did not have to call management, but the check in process was easy and I am sure if I needed to call they would have been helpful. I definitely recommend this home for your next family vacation. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us, and we did not use the upstairs loft (would be best fit for kids, or someone single and not a couple). My only suggestion would be an updated key system. Having an electronic door instead of a physical key would be nice. But that is just a suggestion. I loved the place!

We were a tennis team of 9 women all over 60 years of age. This home is truly beautiful and accommodated all of our needs. Would enjoy another visit to Kiawah, and this home would definitely be our first choice.
