Location.
Bed was uncomfortable. An airport transfer was promised but not provided. I was moved from my selected accommodation to a different apartment for the convenience of the host. Six flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Unable to secure baggage at the apartment after 11:00 on day of check out.

I liked the locations proximity to the Christmas Market. Activities in the immediate area were an additional plus!
Lots of traffic deviations causing difficulties with our GPS. A few additional pin-drops would've helped immensely. The rear of the building was poorly illuminated, but the property manager was exceptionally helpful during our arrival/stay/departure!

No pudimos alojarnos ya que por un problema de tuberías nos cancelaron la reserva el mismo día que teníamos que entrar, cualquiera puede tener un percance y booking se portó muy bien dándonos una compensación
