While a little bit removed from Central Venice - the neighborhood of the apartment is lovely with a fruit/veg stand next door and a grocery store 100M away. Very convenient and everything is super walkable. Apartment is large and lovely.

Very good located. A Bit outside of Tourist crowds, nearby Bar, Shop and fruit Stall. Short way to vaporetto stations. We enjoyed the stay!We would book it again, of in venice! For the two of us more than sufficient Place. Our Highlight

Very spacious and relaxing.
The stairs are a challenge when checking in and checking out with suitcases, but it is worth the effort.
There is a supermarket nearby called "coop" which is very convenient.
I really recommend it if you are staying in Venice for a long time.

Caution that property is up 3 long flights of stairs. The is no light switch for the stairwell from the top, so bring your flashlight. Checkin possible only with smartphone and data service. The property had only intermittent heat, and was generally cold. Otherwise a spacious flat, with 2 baths.
