シーホテル ピラトゥス

This one was nice refreshing change after all the slightly worn-out chalets without air conditioning. Located next to the lake and rather near the mount Pilatus.

It’s a bit of a walk from the train station, but not too bad. The restaurant was being renovated, but didn’t bother us much. Not sure if that affected the pricing, but, out of all the places we stayed in Switzerland, this was by far the most bang for the buck.

We had an amazing view of the lake. It was a 10 minute walk to train station. The indoor pool was great. The breakfast was very good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately they had a major renovation on at the time which we were not aware of on booking.

Location at the lake is great

Does not have the expected setup and ambience of a 4 start hotel, outdated facilities, furnishing, lighting is very strange, blue light in the restaurant, dinner food was terrible. We stayed one night, left early the next day as we did not like it there. Needs major investment. No value for the price paid.
